Bothered

I've been bothered by few things this past few days.

  1. Did you guys read Thursday's paper? The one about the man kicking a 3 month pregnant lady? Yeah. That! It bothered be because he's only getting 6 months in jail. 6 months?! That's only like 6 days! And he kicked her TWICE even! Is that justice? I don't know what the lady did to make that guy kick her but still, even if she wasn't pregnant, he shouldn't have done it! I hope that guy will get fair justice with HIM. Amin. That's all I have to say.
  2. The Kiulap round-about. I've been using this as my route to my office since the start of the school holidays. The reason for this is its less traffic and I'm more confident now using the round-about =) *hehe* Ok so why am I botherd by it? Its not the round-about that I'm bothered with, its the users that pi$$e$ me off! Seriuosly, people, you need to learn how to use the round-about. Its like some of them will just over-take you when they're not in the correct lane. Pfffffffttt~! Oh! And always use you indicators! Pleaseeeee!!!!! Why in the world would someone invent a car with indicators and is not applied by drivers? What's the use right?
So yeah, so far these are the 2 things that have been bothering me this past few days.

Have a wonderful Saturday everyone and do drop by to ICC for the Baiduri Expo 2008 =)

Manja-neSS

Hey hey! Happy Sunday everyone :) Guess it has been a while since I've last posted. Well, so much has happened.

Hubby's back *yeays* I'm just glad I've manage to not be with him for a month. And now that's he's back well, I've been getting more and more "manja" than I was before. I don't know. It's probably baby who's doing all this *haha* One month not having daddy around, you do the math.

Ok so my 2nd ante-natal visit was last Tuesday (3rd June) and just like my 1st visit, my blood pressure was high. 153/90. Not good :/ Its either the food that I've been consuming, the lack of sleep, the stress or my flu. I don't know which one of these "villains" are making my BP high. Its just too stressful to think about it so I'm not going to think too much :p

Anyhoots, because of my high BP, I had to be admitted to RIPAS, just for the day, until my BP was low enough for me to go home. So I was in RIPAS for almost half the day. Was out around 4ish. Felt so relief.

Next day, I decided to take my M.C cause I thought, I'd just rest the whole day. I didn't sleep well the night before because of my flu and terrible cough. And because I had to go to my clinic to make an appointment for next week. Little did I know that the nurse was going to check my BP again. Yup..It was UP! And they told me to go to RIPAS. AGAIN! I don't know. Every time I go to my clinic, my BP gets high. Then when I'm in RIPAS, my BP's low. I think I get nervous or something. So I don't know.

I wasn't lucky this time tho cause the doctor told the nurse not to let me go home until my BP was low. I had to spend one night in RIPAS and I didn't enjoyed it one bit. Was glad it was only one night tho. I was out on Thursday morning.

Everyone's been telling me to watch what I eat. That's what I've been doing this past few days. I hope I'll be 100% fit for work tomorrow. I've been recuperating for the past 2 and half days. That's enough rest I guess.

So today, I've got loads to do. I've to tidy my room *hehe* I've been wanting to do it but laziness kicked in *haha*

Hubby's golfing now so I think I SHOULD start cleaning my room *hehe*

Have a Happy Sunday everyoneeee =)

Lonely Bunny

I'm missing hubby terribly =( He's gone to Temburong for the whole month (Temburong only already want to cry *cheh!* *hehe*).
So here's what's been happening so far. I took my blood test last Wednesday morning (23rd Apr) at Sg Hanching Clinic. Went with mummy cause hubby had volleyball match. I wanted to go alone but I was afraid I might get dizzy after the test. But it was ok lah *hehe* I manage to drive mum to her office and drove myself to work.
Myself and hubby went back to KayBee for the weekend. Slept over at Kaka's place. Played with baby Aiman (I'll post his pics next time *hehe*). He's only 3 months old and he's the smartest baby ever (Seriousssssss.....). I want my baby to be like Baby Aiman also eh *hehe* Smart and strong. Went back home the next night. My weekend was the best-est lah =)
Went to Jeembo's late gradmum tahlil 3 nights ago. Mr Nyut went with myself and hubby as well. After tahlil, we went to do grocery shopping at Millimewah in Lambak. Wanted to go to Giant but Mr Nyut said Giant's more expensive. It was a good thing that we did our shopping in Millimewah cause all the stuffs that we bought cost less than $100.00. Thank you Mr Nyut for helping myslef & Hj Gambir (I don't know where hubby comes up with this sort of name lah Nyut *hehehe*) shopping =)
I slept in the tv room last night cause I didn't want to sleep alone in my room. I might sleepover at mum's place next week but I'm not sure yet.
Work's been quite this past few days. Not that I'm complaining. I'm very much enjoying it *haha* Speaking of work, note to self, FILL IN SPA FORM A.S.A.P. I've to do this tonight. I must! *hehehe*
Guess that's about it. Have a wonderful weekend everyoneeeeee =)

Relaxing Weekend

Can it be weekends everyday? *hehe* How I wish. So here's what's been happening. Last Saturday my self and hubby went to Sg Hanching Clinic to get myself registered. We were there around 9ish and was so glad that there weren't many patients waiting. To make the story short, I, being the miss-know-it-all *haha*, asked the guy at the registration counter "Di mana kan register kalau Pesakit Puan?"
Guy "Ahh..arah bangunan di dapan kita tu."
Me "Oh..Bah terimah kasih ahhh...."
So myself and hubby walked to the building infront.
Me "Assalammualaikum..Di mana bahagian pesakit puan?"
Lady at registration counter "Berapa umur kita?"
Me "26."
Lady "Di sini kalau umur 38 ke-atas saja. Di belakang tu kita aga."
Me "Eh!Tadi ku ke sana, nya durang di dapan." I wasn't angry or anything.
Lady "Ahhh...Kita kenapa kan?"
Hubby "Ahhh...Kalau bahagian ibu mengandung bah..Di sini kah?"
Lady "Ahhh....bagitau lah pregnant."
*haha*
Sometimes, I'm just so B-I-M-B-O. All this while I thought Pesakit Puan means Pregnant Ladies. So my next appoinmnet will be on the 23rd of April. I've to take my blood test and the next appoinment is on the 6th of May. *sigh* Being pregnant is soooo not easy.
Saturday night. Sis in law no.2 did a small gathering for her friends. Had a very filling BBQ dinner. Very nice *yumssss* Played with her friends' babies. Fara, abg ajis' baby is soo cute. Overall, night was filled with noisy kids and stuffed tummies *hehe*
My Sunday was occupied with sleep, tv and more sleep. That's how very busy I was yesterday *haha*
Guess that's about it.
Tomorrow's my off day btw *yeay*

This is so disturbing

Two teens, 18-year-old Melvin Blevins and 16-year old Angel Dailey have been charged with corrupting/endangering a child in Pataskala, Ohio, after police say they forced a toddler (age 2!!!) to smoke pot and videotaped the whole thing.
Authorities learned of the tape after a Columbus, Ohio, pawn shop dealer found it in a camcorder.
Police received the video of the toddler on Monday.
According to the report, the toddler inhales and then chokes on the pot in the video. After that, the video shows 'a man' who we assume to be Blevins, mimicking the toddler's coughing.
We are speechless. This is truly one of the most disturbing things we've heard.
These fucktards need to go to jail! Like now!!!!
Story from here.

+ve Thinking =)

Assalammualaikum everyone =) I'm happy to announce that myself and the hubby will be expecting a new family member. Yeap. I'm carrying our new family member *hehe* I took the pregnancy test last Saturday afternoon. Being me, I couldn't help but be impatient about things *hehe* I wanted to wait for hubby to finish golf that afternoon to do the check but I was too patient *hehe* So there I was, alone, at home and doing the test. I waited for 5 mins and the kit showed 2 lines which means positive. Could I be the happiest bunny or what? *hehe*
I told hubby when he got back later that evening and yeap, he's just the happiest hubby in the whole wide world *haha* I told abang no.2 at dinner time. And he said "Ok jua tu..Bah kalau kambar aku ambil satu ah.." I'm like "What?Noooo...Buat lah sendiri *haha*" And he was like "Bah...bah..tapi kalau boy aku bagi nama ah..Mesti ada nama Latif (my dad's name)" And hubby went "Bah ok...So nama nya nanti Ak Omar Abdul Latif.." Yeah something like that *hehe*
I'm just so happy right now. And a bit scared and nervous at the some time. All these feelings. Its just getting in too much in my head. So far being pregnant I've been feeling dizzy and not to mention the morning sickness. I guess that's the down side so far. Apart from that, I've also avoided (well, stopped temporarily) 2 things. Coffee & cigarettes *hehe*
Bah guess that's about it lah...
Have a wonderful day everyoneeee =)

Over Due Post

Hello again wonderful people of planet Earth (err...right). I know I haven't been a good blogger this past few weeks. I'm either (a) too busy, (b) too lazy, (c) too blank to blog or (d) all of the above *hahaha*
Currently in NBT and feeling sooooo sleepy. If no one's around, I migth end up sleeping in one of the showroom cars *hehe* Hmm...where should I nap? In the Fortuner? The Hilux? or maybe the Vios? *hahaha* Silly & sleepy me.
Not much work to do today which is why I'm blogging my a$$ off. Actually, I do have some deals to do but I just don't feel like doing any work this afternoon. So far, here's what I've been up to the whole afternoon:

  1. Accepting all my requests in Facebook.
  2. Sending requests in Facebook.
  3. Browsing Friendster (cause I got really bored).
  4. Read gossips from Perez.
  5. Blog hopping.

Very productive right? Right.

Bah. Think I'll stop here for now. I try and update more tomorrow, if I happen to be free like today *haha*

The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian

Picture from Here

I'm eagerly waiting for this movie to be played in the cinemas. I watched the 1st sequel on HBO or Star Movies Channel (I forgot) *hehe* It's not hubby's cup of tea tho. He'd probably fall asleep in the cinema if he goes watching this movie with me *hehe* Kidding sayang.I heart you *hehe*

FIVE MINUTE MANAGEMENT COURSE

Lesson 1:
A man is getting into the shower just as his wife is finishing up her shower, when the doorbell rings. The wife quickly wraps herself in a towel and runs downstairs. When she opens the door, there stands Bob, the next-door neighbour. Before she says a word, Bob says, 'I'll give you $800 to drop that towel.' After thinking for a moment, the woman drops her towel and stands naked in front of Bob, after a few seconds, Bob hands her $800 and leaves. The woman wraps back up in the towel and goes back upstairs. When she gets to the bathroom, her husband asks, 'Who was that?' 'It was Bob the next door neighbour,' she replies. 'Great,' the husband says, 'did he say anything about the $800 he owes me?' Moral of the story: If you share critical information pertaining to credit and risk with your shareholders in time, you may be in a position to prevent avoidable exposure.

Lesson 2:
A priest offered a Nun a lift. She got in and crossed her legs, forcing her gown to reveal a leg. The priest nearly had an accident. After controlling the car, he stealthily slid his hand up her leg. The nun said, 'Father, remember Psalm 129?' The priest removed his hand. But, changing gears, he let his hand slide up her leg again. The nun once again said, 'Father, remember Psalm 129?' The priest apologized 'Sorry sister but the flesh is weak.' Arriving at the convent, the nun sighed heavily and went on her way. On his arrival at the church, the priest rushed to look up Psalm 129. It said, 'Go forth and seek, further up, you will find glory.' Moral of the story: If you are not well informed in your job, you might miss a great opportunity.

Lesson 3:
A sales rep, an administration clerk, and the manager are walking to lunch when they find an antique oil lamp. They rub it and a Genie comes out. The Genie says, 'I'll give each of you just one wish.' 'Me first! Me first!' says the admin clerk. 'I want to be in the Bahamas, driving a speedboat, without a care in the world.' Puff! She's gone. 'Me next! Me next!' says the sales rep. 'I want to be in Hawaii , relaxing on the beach with my personal masseuse, an endless supply of Pina Coladas and the love of my life.' Puff! He's gone. 'OK, you're up,' the Genie says to the manager. The manager says, 'I want those two back in the office after lunch.' Moral of the story: Always let your boss have the first say.

Lesson 4:
An eagle was sitting on a tree resting, doing nothing. A small rabbit saw the eagle and asked him, 'Can I also sit like you and do nothing?' The eagle answered: 'Sure, why not.' So, the rabbit sat on the ground below the eagle and rested. All of a sudden, a fox appeared, jumped on the rabbit and ate it. Moral of the story: To be sitting and doing nothing, you must be sitting very, very high up.

Lesson 5:
A turkey was chatting with a bull. 'I would love to be able to get to the top of that tree' sighed the turkey, 'but I haven't got the energy.' 'Well, why don't you nibble on some of my droppings?' replied the bull. They're packed with nutrients.' The turkey pecked at a lump of dung, and found it actually gave him enough strength to reach the lowest branch of the tree. The next day, after eating some more dung, he reached the second branch. Finally after a fourth night, the turkey was proudly perched at the top of the tree. He was promptly spotted by a farmer, who shot him out of the tree. Moral of the story: Bull Shit might get you to the top, but it won't keep you there..

Lesson 6:
A little bird was flying south for the winter. It was so cold the bird froze and fell to the ground into a large field. While he was lying there, a cow came by and dropped some dung on him. As the frozen bird lay there in the pile of cow dung, he began to realize how warm he was. The dung was actually thawing him out! He lay there all warm and happy, and soon began to sing for joy. A passing cat heard the bird singing and came to investigate. Following the sound, the cat discovered the bird under the pile of cow dung, and promptly dug him out and ate him. Morals of the story:
(1) Not everyone who shits on you is your enemy.
(2) Not everyone who gets you out of shit is your friend.
(3) And when you're in deep shit, it's best to keep your mouth shut!

THUS ENDS THE FIVE MINUTE MANAGEMENT COURSE

For all the crazy Golfers *hehe*

My friend e-mailed me this few days ago:

Something to share....
A stranger was seated next to a little girl on the airplane when the stranger turned to her and said, "Let's talk. I've heard that flights seem to go quicker if you strike up a conversation with your fellow passengers." The little girl, who had just opened her book, closed it slowly and looked at the stranger and asked, "What would you like to talk about?" "Oh, I don't know", said the stranger somewhat tongue in cheek? "How about nuclear power?" "O K" she said slowly, "That could be an interesting topic. But may I ask you one question first?" "A horse, a cow, and a deer all eat grass. The same stuff. Yet a deer excretes little pellets, while a cow turns out a flat patty, and a horse produces clumps of dried grass. Why do you suppose that is?" The stranger thinks for a minute and says, "Hmmm, I have no idea." The little girl looks up at him and then says, "Why is it that you feel qualified to discuss nuclear power when you don't know shit?"
So.....................
